Welcome to Wevelink ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wevelink mobile application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

مرحبًا بكم في ويف لينك ("الشركة"، "نحن"، "لنا"). تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") وصولكم واستخدامكم لتطبيق ويف لينك وموقعنا الإلكتروني وجميع الخدمات ذات الصلة (مجتمعةً "الخدمة"). بتنزيل التطبيق أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه، فإنك تؤكد أنك قرأت هذه الشروط وفهمتها ووافقت على الالتزام القانوني بها وبسياسة الخصوصية.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wevelink, incorporated under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

تُشكّل هذه الشروط اتفاقية ملزمة قانونيًا بينك وبين ويف لينك، المؤسسة وفقًا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، فيجب عليك عدم استخدام خدمتنا.

Service Description

وصف الخدمة

Wevelink provides a digital platform that allows users to purchase, activate, and manage eSIM (Embedded Subscriber Identity Module) data plans for use in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Our Service is delivered exclusively through a mobile application and does not involve the issuance of physical SIM cards.

توفر ويف لينك منصة رقمية تتيح للمستخدمين شراء وتفعيل وإدارة باقات بيانات الشريحة الإلكترونية (eSIM) للاستخدام في أكثر من 200 دولة ومنطقة حول العالم. تُقدَّم الخدمة حصريًا عبر تطبيق الهاتف المحمول ولا تتضمن إصدار شرائح اتصال مادية.

Wevelink acts as a reseller of eSIM data plans provided by third-party telecommunication operators. The quality, coverage, and availability of data services may vary depending on the destination country and the underlying network operator. Wevelink does not operate its own telecommunications network.

تعمل ويف لينك بوصفها موزعًا لباقات بيانات الشريحة الإلكترونية المقدمة من مشغلي الاتصالات من الأطراف الثالثة. قد تختلف جودة خدمات البيانات وتغطيتها وتوافرها بحسب دولة الوجهة ومشغل الشبكة المعني. لا تمتلك ويف لينك شبكة اتصالات خاصة بها.

Eligibility

To use Wevelink's Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Own or have lawful authorization to use an eSIM-compatible device.
• Not be prohibited from receiving the Service under any applicable law.
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.

• تمتلك الأهلية القانونية لإبرام عقد ملزم.
• تمتلك جهازًا متوافقًا مع تقنية eSIM أو تحمل تفويضًا قانونيًا لاستخدامه.
• ألا تكون ممنوعًا من تلقي الخدمة بموجب أي قانون سار.
• تقديم معلومات تسجيل دقيقة وكاملة وحديثة.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

إذا كنت تستخدم الخدمة نيابةً عن كيان تجاري، فإنك تُقر بامتلاك الصلاحية القانونية لإلزام ذلك الكيان بهذه الشروط.

Account Registration & Security

تسجيل الحساب والأمان

You are required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify us immediately at support@wevelink.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

يُشترط إنشاء حساب للوصول إلى بعض ميزات الخدمة. أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل دخولك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تُجرى عبر حسابك. يجب إخطارنا فورًا على support@wevelink.com في حال الاشتباه في أي استخدام غير مصرح به لحسابك.

Wevelink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to the platform or other users.

تحتفظ ويف لينك بحق تعليق الحسابات أو إنهائها إذا ثبت انتهاكها لهذه الشروط أو تورطها في نشاط احتيالي أو تشكيلها خطرًا أمنيًا على المنصة أو المستخدمين الآخرين.

eSIM Activation & Usage

تفعيل الشريحة الإلكترونية واستخدامها

Upon successful purchase, eSIM profiles are delivered digitally to your account. You are responsible for activating the eSIM on your compatible device according to the instructions provided. Please note the following:

عند إتمام الشراء بنجاح، تُسلَّم ملفات تعريف الشريحة الإلكترونية رقميًا إلى حسابك. أنت مسؤول عن تفعيل الشريحة على جهازك المتوافق وفقًا للتعليمات المقدمة. يُرجى ملاحظة ما يلي:

• Each eSIM profile can only be installed on a single device and is non-transferable.
• Activation policies: Some plans activate on first data use (validity countdown begins when you first use data); others activate immediately upon purchase. The applicable activation policy is displayed on each plan's detail page before purchase.
• Unused data does not roll over after the validity period expires.
• eSIM plans are one-time purchases — Wevelink does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewals.
• eSIM plans are for personal data use only; tethering/hotspot availability depends on the specific plan.
• Voice calls and SMS services are only available on plans that explicitly include them.
• Coverage and speeds depend on the local network operator in the destination country.
• Wevelink is not responsible for device incompatibility or carrier restrictions that prevent eSIM installation. Please verify your device supports eSIM before purchasing.
• Service is not available in certain restricted jurisdictions. Wevelink reserves the right to decline orders from unsupported regions.

• لا يمكن تثبيت كل ملف تعريف eSIM إلا على جهاز واحد فقط وهو غير قابل للنقل.
• سياسات التفعيل: تُفعَّل بعض الباقات عند أول استخدام للبيانات (يبدأ العد التنازلي للصلاحية عند استخدامك البيانات لأول مرة)؛ وتُفعَّل باقات أخرى فور الشراء. تُعرض سياسة التفعيل المعمول بها على صفحة تفاصيل كل باقة قبل الشراء.
• لا تُنقل البيانات غير المستخدمة إلى الفترة التالية بعد انتهاء الصلاحية.
• باقات eSIM عمليات شراء لمرة واحدة — لا تقدم ويف لينك اشتراكات أو تجديدات تلقائية.
• باقات eSIM مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي للبيانات فقط؛ وتوافر الإنترنت المحمول (Hotspot) يعتمد على الباقة المحددة.
• خدمات المكالمات الصوتية والرسائل القصيرة متاحة فقط في الباقات التي تتضمنها صراحةً.
• تعتمد التغطية والسرعات على مشغل الشبكة المحلي في دولة الوجهة.
• لا تتحمل ويف لينك المسؤولية عن عدم توافق الجهاز أو قيود الناقل التي تحول دون تثبيت الشريحة. يُرجى التحقق من أن جهازك يدعم تقنية eSIM قبل الشراء.
• الخدمة غير متاحة في بعض المناطق المقيّدة. تحتفظ ويف لينك بحق رفض الطلبات من المناطق غير المدعومة.

Pricing & Payment Methods

الأسعار ووسائل الدفع

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) by default. Users may also view prices in Saudi Riyal (SAR). Wevelink reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; however, confirmed purchases will be honored at the price shown at the time of transaction. All purchases are one-time payments — Wevelink does not charge recurring subscription fees.

تُعرض جميع الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي (USD) افتراضيًا، ويمكن للمستخدمين أيضًا عرض الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR). تحتفظ ويف لينك بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت؛ غير أن المشتريات المؤكدة ستُنفَّذ بالسعر المعروض وقت إتمام المعاملة. جميع عمليات الشراء مدفوعات لمرة واحدة — لا تفرض ويف لينك رسوم اشتراك متكررة.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Apple Pay — available on compatible Apple devices.
• Google Pay — available on compatible Android devices.
• Credit Card — Visa, Mastercard, and other major networks.
• Debit Card — Mada and other compatible debit cards.
• Loyalty Points — redeemable as a discount at checkout (100 points = $1 USD discount). See Section 13 for full program details.
• Promo Codes — valid discount codes issued by Wevelink. See Section 15 for details.

• بطاقة ائتمانية — Visa وMastercard وشبكات رئيسية أخرى.

• أكواد الخصم — أكواد خصم صالحة صادرة من ويف لينك. راجع البند 15 للتفاصيل.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Card details are never stored on Wevelink's servers. By providing payment information, you authorize Wevelink to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method. All transactions are encrypted and comply with applicable financial regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر بوابات دفع آمنة تابعة لجهات خارجية. لا تُخزَّن تفاصيل البطاقات على خوادم ويف لينك مطلقًا. بتقديم معلومات الدفع، فإنك تُفوّض ويف لينك بخصم المبلغ المقابل من وسيلة الدفع المختارة. جميع المعاملات مشفرة وتتوافق مع الأنظمة المالية المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Intellectual Property

الملكية الفكرية

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and other intellectual property associated with the Wevelink Service are the exclusive property of Wevelink or its licensors and are protected under the Intellectual Property Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and applicable international treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والشعارات والرسومات والبرامج وسائر الملكيات الفكرية المرتبطة بخدمة ويف لينك هي ملك حصري لويف لينك أو مرخِّصيها، وتحظى بالحماية بموجب أنظمة الملكية الفكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمعاهدات الدولية المعمول بها. لا يجوز لك النسخ أو إعادة الإنتاج أو التوزيع أو التعديل أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة دون موافقتنا الخطية المسبقة.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, including the Anti-Cybercrime Law (Royal Decree M/17, 1428H) of Saudi Arabia.
• Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute eSIM plans without written authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or spam through the platform.

• انتهاك أي قانون أو تنظيم سار، بما في ذلك نظام مكافحة الجرائم المعلوماتية (المرسوم الملكي م/17 لعام 1428هـ) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
• ممارسة أي نشاط احتيالي، بما في ذلك استخدام وسائل دفع مسروقة أو غير مصرح بها.
• إعادة بيع أو منح ترخيص فرعي أو إعادة توزيع باقات eSIM تجاريًا دون تفويض خطي.
• التدخل في سلامة الخدمة أو أدائها أو البنية التحتية الخاصة بها أو تعطيلها.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أي جزء من الخدمة أو أنظمتها المرتبطة.
• استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار أو تهديدي أو مسيء.
• إرسال أي اتصالات تجارية غير مرغوب فيها أو بريد إلكتروني عشوائي عبر المنصة.

Disclaimer of Warranties

إخلاء مسؤولية الضمانات

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Wevelink does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

تُقدَّم الخدمة "كما هي" و"بحسب توافرها" دون أي ضمانات من أي نوع، صريحة كانت أم ضمنية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الضمانات الضمنية للتسويق أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو عدم الانتهاك. لا تضمن ويف لينك أن الخدمة ستكون غير منقطعة أو خالية من الأخطاء أو الفيروسات أو المكونات الضارة الأخرى.

Network coverage, data speeds, and service availability are controlled by third-party carriers and may vary significantly by location. Wevelink makes no representations regarding the quality or reliability of the underlying network services.

تغطية الشبكة وسرعات البيانات وتوافر الخدمة خاضعة لسيطرة ناقلات الاتصالات الخارجية وقد تتباين بشكل ملحوظ بحسب الموقع. لا تُقدّم ويف لينك أي إقرارات بشأن جودة أو موثوقية خدمات الشبكة الأساسية.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Wevelink and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به قانون المملكة العربية السعودية، لن تكون ويف لينك ومسؤولوها ومديروها وموظفوها والشركات التابعة لها مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر فقدان البيانات أو الإيرادات أو الفرص التجارية الناجمة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو المرتبطة به.

In no event shall Wevelink's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount paid by you to Wevelink during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability.

لن تتجاوز المسؤولية الإجمالية المتراكمة لويف لينك تجاهك في أي حال من الأحوال المبلغ الذي دفعته لويف لينك خلال الثلاثة (3) أشهر السابقة مباشرةً للحدث المنشئ لتلك المسؤولية.

Indemnification

التعويض

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wevelink and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service in a manner not authorized herein.

توافق على الدفاع عن ويف لينك ومسؤوليها ومديريها وموظفيها وشركائها ووكلائها وتعويضهم وإبراء ذمتهم من أي مطالبات أو مسؤوليات أو أضرار أو أحكام أو خسائر أو تكاليف أو نفقات أو رسوم (بما فيها أتعاب المحامين المعقولة) الناشئة عن أو المرتبطة بانتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو استخدامك للخدمة بطريقة غير مصرح بها.

Privacy & Data

الخصوصية والبيانات

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Royal Decree M/19, 1443H / 2021) and its implementing regulations.

يخضع استخدامك للخدمة أيضًا لـسياسة الخصوصية المدرجة في هذه الشروط بالإحالة. نعالج بياناتك الشخصية وفقًا لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية (المرسوم الملكي م/19 لعام 1443هـ / 2021م) ولوائحه التنفيذية.

Loyalty Points Program

برنامج نقاط الولاء

Wevelink operates a loyalty points program that rewards users for purchases and other qualifying actions. Key terms of the program:

تُدير ويف لينك برنامج نقاط ولاء يكافئ المستخدمين على عمليات الشراء والإجراءات المؤهلة الأخرى. الشروط الرئيسية للبرنامج:

• Earning: Users earn 1 loyalty point for every $1 USD spent on eSIM purchases.
• Redemption: 100 points = $1 USD discount at checkout. Points can be applied toward any eligible purchase.
• Tiers: The program includes Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers based on cumulative points earned.
• Expiry: Points may have an expiry date. Expired points cannot be reinstated.
• Refunds: If a purchase for which points were earned is refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.
• Non-transferable: Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Wevelink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty points program at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

• الاكتساب: يكسب المستخدمون نقطة ولاء واحدة مقابل كل دولار أمريكي يُنفقونه على شراء الشريحة الإلكترونية.
• الاسترداد: 100 نقطة = خصم دولار أمريكي واحد عند الدفع. يمكن تطبيق النقاط على أي عملية شراء مؤهلة.
• المستويات: يشمل البرنامج مستويات: برونزي وفضي وذهبي وبلاتيني بناءً على النقاط المتراكمة.
• الانتهاء: قد تحمل النقاط تاريخ انتهاء. لا يمكن استعادة النقاط المنتهية.
• الاسترداد: إذا أُعيدت عملية شراء اكتسبت عنها نقاطًا، فستُخصم النقاط المقابلة من رصيدك.
• غير قابلة للتحويل: نقاط الولاء ليس لها قيمة نقدية ولا يمكن تحويلها أو بيعها أو استبدالها.
• تحتفظ ويف لينك بحق تعديل برنامج نقاط الولاء أو تعليقه أو إنهائه في أي وقت مع إشعار معقول للمستخدمين المتأثرين.

Referral Program

Wevelink offers a referral program that rewards both the referrer and the referred user upon successful completion:

تقدم ويف لينك برنامج إحالة يكافئ كلًا من المُحيل والمُحال إليه عند الاكتمال الناجح:

• Each user receives a unique 6-character referral code accessible from their account profile.
• Referrer reward: 200 loyalty points credited when a referred user completes their first purchase.
• Referred user reward: 100 loyalty points credited upon completing their first purchase using the referral code.
• Referral rewards are triggered only on the referred user's first completed purchase.
• Users may not refer themselves. A user may only be referred once.
• Wevelink reserves the right to withhold or reverse referral rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.
• The referral program terms may be modified or discontinued at any time.

• يحصل كل مستخدم على كود إحالة فريد مكون من 6 أحرف، متاح من ملف حسابه الشخصي.
• مكافأة المُحيل: يُضاف 200 نقطة ولاء عند إتمام المُحال إليه لأول عملية شراء.
• مكافأة المُحال إليه: يُضاف 100 نقطة ولاء عند إتمام أول عملية شراء باستخدام كود الإحالة.
• تُمنح مكافآت الإحالة فقط عند أول عملية شراء مكتملة للمُحال إليه.
• لا يجوز للمستخدمين إحالة أنفسهم. يمكن إحالة المستخدم مرة واحدة فقط.
• تحتفظ ويف لينك بحق حجب مكافآت الإحالة أو عكسها في حال اكتشاف أي نشاط احتيالي.
• قد تُعدَّل شروط برنامج الإحالة أو يُوقف في أي وقت.

• Promo codes may offer a percentage discount, fixed-amount discount, or free data, subject to conditions stated at the time of issuance.
• Each promo code has defined usage limits (total uses and/or uses per user) and a validity period. Expired or exhausted codes will not be honored.
• Promo codes may be restricted to specific plans, countries, or user segments.
• Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

• قد توفر أكواد الخصم خصمًا بالنسبة المئوية أو مبلغًا ثابتًا أو بيانات مجانية، وفقًا للشروط المحددة عند الإصدار.
• لكل كود خصم حدود استخدام محددة (إجمالي الاستخدامات و/أو الاستخدامات لكل مستخدم) وفترة صلاحية. لن تُكرَّم الأكواد المنتهية أو المستنفدة.
• قد تقتصر أكواد الخصم على باقات أو دول أو شرائح مستخدمين محددة.
• لا يمكن دمج أكواد الخصم مع عروض أخرى ما لم يُنص صراحةً على ذلك.

Free eSIM & Campaigns

الشريحة المجانية والحملات

• Wevelink may offer a one-time complimentary eSIM (e.g., 500 MB emergency data) to eligible users. Each user may claim this offer once only; it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• From time to time, Wevelink may run limited giveaway campaigns with a fixed number of slots. Campaigns are first-come, first-served and each user may claim one slot per campaign. Campaign eSIMs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Wevelink reserves the right to cancel or modify any campaign or promotional offer at any time.

• قد تقدم ويف لينك شريحة إلكترونية مجانية لمرة واحدة (مثل 500 ميغابايت بيانات طارئة) للمستخدمين المؤهلين. يمكن لكل مستخدم المطالبة بهذا العرض مرة واحدة فقط؛ وهو غير قابل للتحويل أو الاسترداد.
• قد تُطلق ويف لينك من وقت لآخر حملات هدايا محدودة بعدد معين من الأماكن. تُطبَّق الحملات على أساس الأول فالأول، ويحق لكل مستخدم المطالبة بمكان واحد لكل حملة. الشرائح الإلكترونية الصادرة عن الحملات غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التبديل.
• تحتفظ ويف لينك بحق إلغاء أي حملة أو عرض ترويجي أو تعديله في أي وقت.

Amendments

التعديلات

Wevelink reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

تحتفظ ويف لينك بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنُخطر المستخدمين بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة، وعند الاقتضاء، بإرسال إشعار عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني. يُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد أي تعديلات قبولًا منك للشروط المعدَّلة.

Termination

الإنهاء

Wevelink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or violation of applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law.

تحتفظ ويف لينك بحق تعليق وصولك إلى الخدمة أو إنهائه في أي وقت بإشعار أو دونه، لأي سبب كان، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر انتهاك هذه الشروط أو السلوك الاحتيالي أو مخالفة القانون الساري. عند الإنهاء، يتوقف حقك في استخدام الخدمة فورًا. تظل أحكام هذه الشروط التي تقتضي طبيعتها البقاء سارية بعد الإنهاء، بما فيها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أحكام الملكية الفكرية وتحديد المسؤولية والقانون الحاكم.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

القانون الحاكم والاختصاص القضائي

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Abha, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، دون الأخذ بأحكام تعارض القوانين فيها. أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط أو الخدمة أو المرتبطة بهما تخضع للاختصاص القضائي الحصري للمحاكم المختصة في مدينة أبها، المملكة العربية السعودية.

In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may proceed to formal legal proceedings in accordance with the applicable Saudi laws, including the Saudi Arbitration Law (Royal Decree M/34, 1433H) where mutually agreed.

في حال نشوء أي نزاع، يوافق الطرفان على محاولة تسويته أولًا من خلال مفاوضات بحسن نية. إذا تعذّر التوصل إلى حل خلال 30 يومًا، يحق لأي من الطرفين اللجوء إلى الإجراءات القانونية الرسمية وفقًا للقوانين السعودية المعمول بها، بما فيها نظام التحكيم السعودي (المرسوم الملكي م/34 لعام 1433هـ) عند الاتفاق المتبادل.
